  • 2 tablespoons Parsley (fresh, chopped)
  • 8 ounces Spaghetti or linguine (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

If serving over pasta, cook the spaghetti or linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of the pasta water. Drain and set aside.

Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels and season with salt and black pepper.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
