Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until fully combined. The mixture should resemble wet sand.

Step 2

Press the graham cracker mixture firmly and evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch (23 cm) springform pan to form the crust. Place the pan in the refrigerator to set while you prepare the filling.
