  • 60 grams Sunflower seeds
  • 60 grams Sesame seeds
  • 100 grams Almonds (roughly chopped)
  • 150 grams Apple puree
  • 4 tablespoons Runny honey
  • 100 grams Soft light brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger (ground)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 125 milliliters Vegetable oil
  • 300 grams Mixed dried fruits (e.g., raisins, dried cranberries, chopped apricots, etc.)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 170°C (340°F) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, and roughly chopped almonds.

In a smaller bowl or saucepan, mix together the apple puree, runny honey, soft light brown sugar, cinnamon, ground ginger, salt, and vegetable oil. Stir until well incorporated.
