Ingredients

  • 1 large loaf French baguette (or Italian loaf)
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill to medium heat (about 350°F/175°C). If using a stovetop grill pan, heat it over medium heat.

Step 2

Slice the baguette or loaf in half lengthwise, then cut each half into smaller pieces for easier handling, if desired.

Step 3

In a medium bowl, combine the softened butter, minced garlic, Sriracha sauce, chopped parsley, grated Parmesan cheese, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined and smooth.

Step 4

Spread the Sriracha garlic butter mixture generously across the cut sides of the bread.

Step 5

Place the bread on the grill, buttered side up first, and close the lid. Grill for about 2-3 minutes, or until the bread is lightly toasted on the bottom.

Step 6

Carefully flip the bread over so the buttered side is facing down. Grill for another 2-4 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning. The butter will melt into the bread, and the edges will develop a delicious charred flavor.

Step 7

Remove the bread from the grill and let it cool slightly before serving. Optionally, garnish with additional chopped parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese.

Step 8

Serve warm as a side dish, appetizer, or a stand-alone snack. Enjoy!
