Ingredients

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water, then drain the rest and set aside.

While the pasta cooks, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant. Be careful not to burn the garlic.
