  • 6 pieces Small red potatoes, boiled and halved
  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 100 grams Kalamata olives, pitted
  • 4 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 4 pieces Eggs, soft-boiled and halved
  • 0.5 piece Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons White wine vinegar
  • 2 pieces Anchovy fillets, minced (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
