Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breast
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1.5 cups Heavy cream
  • 0.5 cups Chicken broth
  • 0.5 cups Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken breasts and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Step 3

In the same skillet, add the bacon slices. Cook over medium heat until crispy, about 5 minutes. Remove the bacon, crumble it, and set aside. Leave about 1 tablespoon of the bacon fat in the skillet.
