Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

Place the ham flat side down in a large roasting pan and cover it loosely with aluminum foil.

Step 3

Bake the ham in the preheated oven for about 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 120°F (49°C) (10-12 minutes per pound).
