  • 1.5 cups Panko breadcrumbs
  • 3 cups Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken tenders with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Set aside.

Set up a breading station: Place the flour in a shallow bowl. In a second bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk. In a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.
