  • 0.25 cups Dark rum (for glaze)
  • 0.25 cups Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract (for glaze)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and grease a bundt pan with butter or nonstick spray. Lightly dust with flour and tap out the excess.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, use an electric mixer to cream the softened butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, about 2-3 minutes.
