Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the nectarines, snow peas, and red bell pepper.

Step 2

Slice the nectarines into thin wedges (remove the pit).

Step 3

Trim the ends of the snow peas and set aside.

Deseed the red bell pepper and slice it into thin strips.

Peel and mince the garlic and ginger.
