  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 pieces garlic cloves

  • 0.5 teaspoons black pepper
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 0.5 cup dry white wine

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 3

Dredge each pork chop lightly in the all-purpose flour, shaking off any excess.

Step 4

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and the butter in the skillet until melted and bubbling.

Sear the pork chops in the skillet for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
