Ingredients

  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 medium Mango
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 cup Coconut water

Directions

Step 1

Wash and prepare all the fruits. Hull the strawberries, peel and cube the mango, and rinse the blueberries thoroughly.

Step 2

In a blender, combine the strawberries, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, and 1/3 cup of coconut water. Blend until smooth. Pour this mixture into the bottom third of popsicle molds.

Step 3

Freeze the strawberry layer for about 30 minutes or until partially frozen.

Step 4

Rinse the blender, then blend the mango, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, and 1/3 cup of coconut water until smooth. Pour this mixture over the semi-frozen strawberry layer in the molds, filling them to two-thirds.

Step 5

Freeze the mango layer for another 30 minutes or until partially set.

Step 6

Finally, rinse the blender again and blend the blueberries with the remaining 1/3 cup of coconut water. Pour this mixture over the mango layer to fill the molds completely.

Step 7

Insert popsicle sticks into the molds and freeze for at least 4 hours or overnight until completely solid.

Step 8

To remove the popsicles, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds and gently pull them out. Enjoy your Nature's Popsicles straight from the freezer!
