Ingredients

  • 200 grams semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 200 grams granulated sugar
  • 100 grams brown sugar, packed
  • 3 pieces large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 95 grams all-purpose flour
  • 30 grams cocoa powder
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 120 grams natural peanut butter (unsweetened, stirred)
  • 0 as desired optional flaky sea salt for topping

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F). Grease and line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper, allowing some overhang for easy removal.

Step 2

In a medium, microwave-safe bowl, combine unsalted butter and chocolate chips. Microwave in 20-30 second increments, stirring between each until completely melted and smooth. Let it cool slightly.

Whisk in the granulated sugar and brown sugar into the melted chocolate mixture until smooth.
