  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 medium Yellow onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.5 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 cup Ketchup (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar (for glaze)
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar (for glaze)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, add the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, chopped onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, paprika, and chopped parsley.

Step 3

Using your hands or a large spoon, gently mix everything together until fully combined. Avoid overmixing to keep the meatloaf tender.

Step 4

Shape the meat mixture into a loaf shape if using a baking sheet, or press it evenly into the loaf pan.

Step 5

In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, and apple cider vinegar to make the glaze.

Step 6

Spread half of the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.

Step 7

Place the meatloaf in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes.

Step 8

Remove the meatloaf from the oven, spread the remaining glaze over the top, and return it to the oven to bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

Step 9

Remove the meatloaf from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

Step 10

Serve warm and enjoy with your favorite sides, like mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.
