  • 240 ml Orange juice
  • 240 ml Lemon-lime soda
  • 60 ml Brandy
  • 1 Orange
  • 1 Lemon
  • 1 Apple
  • 120 g Strawberries
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 1 tray Ice cubes
  • 15 g Sugar (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Wash the orange, lemon, apple, and strawberries thoroughly.

Step 2

Slice the orange and lemon into thin rounds. Core and dice the apple into small cubes. Hull and slice the strawberries into halves or quarters, depending on their size.

Step 3

In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, orange juice, lemon-lime soda, and brandy. Stir gently to mix.

Step 4

Add the sliced orange, lemon, apple cubes, and strawberries to the pitcher. Drop in the cinnamon stick for added flavor.

Step 5

Taste the mixture and, if desired, add sugar. Stir until the sugar is fully dissolved.

Step 6

Refrigerate the sangria for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to meld together. For best results, chill for 4-6 hours before serving.

Step 7

Before serving, add ice cubes to the pitcher or to individual glasses.

Step 8

Pour the sangria into glasses, making sure to include some of the fruit in each serving. Enjoy!
