  • 6 cups seafood stock
  • 14.5 ounces diced tomatoes (canned)
  • 2 leaves bay leaf
  • 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.25 cup green onions, sliced
  • 4 cups steamed white rice (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a large, heavy-bottomed pot, heat butter and vegetable oil over medium-low heat.
