  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 4 cups Chicken stock
  • 400 grams Diced tomatoes (canned)
  • 4 tablespoons Nando's Peri Peri sauce
  • 2 medium Sweet potatoes (peeled and diced)
  • 2 cups Kale (chopped)
  • 0 Cooked rice or crusty bread (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper. Add them to the pot and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until they start to turn golden. Remove the chicken and set it aside.
