Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).

In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the coconut milk and heavy cream. Heat until just warm, but do not let it boil. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, ground nutmeg, and salt until well combined.
