  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 4 ounces Cream cheese (softened and cubed)
  • 0.25 cup Fresh cilantro (chopped, for garnish)
  • 1 cup Shredded Monterey Jack cheese (for topping)
  • 2 cups Tortilla chips (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1
