  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Bring a medium pot of salted water to a boil. Add the orzo and cook according to the package instructions (usually 8-10 minutes) until al dente. Drain the orzo and rinse it under cold water to cool. Set aside.
