Ingredients

  • 6 pieces Chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 whole Lemons (zested and juiced)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Flour (for dusting)
  • 0.5 lemon Lemon slices (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Lightly dust the chicken thighs with the flour, shaking off any excess.

Step 3

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken thighs skin-side down for 4-5 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Flip the chicken and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
