  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 cup Sour cream
  • 0.5 cup Guacamole
  • 1 cup Diced tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup Sliced jalapeños
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped cilantro

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Slice them into 1/4-inch thick rounds.
