Ingredients

  • 16 oz Lean ground turkey (93% lean)
  • 0.5 cup Rolled oats
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.25 cup Skim milk
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 3 tbsp Ketchup

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, rolled oats, egg, skim milk, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently but thoroughly using clean hands or a wooden spoon.
