Directions

Step 1

In a small saucepan, heat the milk, water, and butter over low heat until the butter is melted. Do not let it boil. Let the mixture cool to lukewarm (approximately 105–115°F).

In a large mixing bowl, combine 3 cups of all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.
