  • 120 milliliters pasta water

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve 120 milliliters of the pasta water and then drain the pasta.

While the pasta cooks, thinly slice the garlic cloves.
