  • 0.5 cup Chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 12-cup muffin tin with paper liners or lightly grease the cups.

In a medium bowl, combine the wheat bran and milk. Stir, and let it sit for about 5 minutes to soften.
