  • 500 g minced mutton
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp oil

Directions

Step 1

Peel and finely chop the onion, and squeeze out excess moisture using a kitchen towel to prevent kebabs from becoming too soft.

Step 2

Finely chop the green chilies, fresh coriander leaves, and mint leaves.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced mutton, chopped onion, ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, fresh coriander, mint leaves, and roasted gram flour.

Add cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala powder, and salt to the minced mutton mixture.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly, ensuring the spices are evenly distributed throughout the mutton.

Add lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of oil to the mixture. Knead the mixture well for about 5 minutes. This helps in binding and ensures soft kebabs.
