  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Whole-grain mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Mince the garlic cloves finely and chop the fresh parsley.

Step 2

In a medium saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.

Step 3

Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 1 minute, until fragrant but not browned.

Stir in the Dijon mustard and cook for another 30 seconds to blend the flavors.
