  • 2 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

  • 3 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 0.25 cup Chives
  • 0.5 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 12 ounces Pasta
  • 0.5 cup Pasta cooking water

Directions

Step 1

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and reserve 0.5 cup of the pasta cooking water.

While the pasta cooks, dice the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces and season them lightly with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
