  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Parsley (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Season the chicken breasts with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides and set aside.

Heat the olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breasts for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
