Ingredients

  • 1 pound Salmon fillet
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 4 pieces Lemon wedges
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it with olive oil.

Step 2

Pat the salmon fillet dry with paper towels and place it skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
