  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (for gravy)
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined but do not overwork the meat.

Divide the mixture into four equal portions and shape each into an oval patty about 1/2 inch thick.
