  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 8 pieces Wooden skewers

Directions

Step 1

Soak the wooden skewers in water for at least 20 minutes to prevent them from burning while grilling.

Step 2

Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp paper towel. Trim the stems slightly if needed to ensure they are uniform in size.
