  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, melted butter, and salt until smooth. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes.
