Ingredients

  • 4 cups Mixed salad greens
  • 1 cup Baby bella (cremini) mushrooms

  • 1 cup Walnuts
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Directions

Step 1

Clean and dry the baby bella mushrooms. Slice them thinly.

Core and thinly slice the apple into small wedges. Set aside.
