  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 1 medium Tomato, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons Reduced-fat mayonnaise (optional)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground lean beef, finely chopped mushrooms, prepared horseradish, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly with your hands until all ingredients are well incorporated.
