Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • 0.5 cup unsalted butter
  • 0.25 cup granulated sugar
  • 6 oz orange-flavored gelatin mix (such as Jello)
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 8 oz crushed pineapple (drained)
  • 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 oz whipped topping (such as Cool Whip)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

Step 2

In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until the texture resembles wet sand.

Step 3

Press the graham cracker mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish to form the crust. Bake for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Step 4

In a large bowl, dissolve the orange gelatin mix in 2 cups of boiling water. Stir well until fully dissolved.

Step 5

Add 1 cup of cold water to the gelatin mixture and stir. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature.

Step 6

Fold the drained crushed pineapple into the gelatin mixture. Set aside.

Step 7

In a separate bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

Step 8

Gently fold in the whipped topping into the cream cheese, mixing until fully incorporated.

Step 9

Spread the cream cheese and whipped topping mixture evenly over the cooled graham cracker crust.

Step 10

Carefully pour the cooled orange gelatin mixture over the cream cheese layer, making sure it is evenly distributed.

Step 11

Place the dessert in the refrigerator and chill for at least 4 hours, or until the gelatin is fully set.

Step 12

Once set, slice the dessert into squares and serve chilled. Enjoy!
