Ingredients

  • 120 grams Rolled oats
  • 50 grams Sunflower seeds
  • 50 grams Pumpkin seeds
  • 20 grams Chia seeds
  • 20 grams Golden flaxseeds
  • 30 grams Shredded coconut (unsweetened)
  • 40 grams Dried cranberries (or raisins)
  • 60 grams Honey (or maple syrup for vegan option)
  • 40 grams Coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cinnamon
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, golden flaxseeds, shredded coconut, and dried cranberries.

Step 3

In a small saucepan or microwave-safe bowl, gently heat the honey (or maple syrup) and coconut oil until melted and combined. Let it cool slightly.
