  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon (for garnish) Paprika
  • 2 tablespoons (chopped, for garnish) Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into evenly sized 1-inch chunks for uniform cooking.

Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with cold water. Add 1 teaspoon of salt to the water.
