Ingredients

  • 2.5 cups All-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 packet Active dry yeast
  • 1 cup Warm water (110°F or 43°C)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1.5 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 0.75 cup Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter, melted
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, salt, and active dry yeast.

Pour the warm water and olive oil into the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough begins to form.

Transfer the dough to a floured work surface and knead for 8–10 minutes, until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a lightly greased bowl, cover with a damp cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
