  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped (optional) fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Slice the tops off the green bell peppers, remove the seeds, and cut each pepper into halves lengthwise. Set aside.
