Ingredients

  • 14 oz Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.5 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 tsp Almond extract
  • 14 oz Sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 12 oz Semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp Coconut oil (optional, for thinning chocolate)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Stir until well blended.

Add the shredded coconut and all-purpose flour to the wet mixture. Mix thoroughly until the coconut is evenly coated, forming a sticky dough.

Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, scoop out portions of the dough and place them on the prepared baking sheets. Leave about 1-2 inches of space between each cookie.
