Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Tilapia fillets
  • 1 large Mango
  • 2 teaspoons Ground cumin
  • 0.5 cups Fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish with a small amount of olive oil.

Pat the tilapia fillets dry with a paper towel and arrange them in the prepared baking dish.
