  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Rinse the mixed olives under cold water to remove any brine or excess salt. Pat them dry with a clean towel.
