  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 0.5 cup Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Freshly ground black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and roughly chop the cilantro and parsley to make them easier to blend.

Peel the garlic cloves and set them aside.

Step 3

In a food processor or blender, combine the cilantro, parsley, garlic, ground cumin, ground paprika, ground coriander, cayenne pepper, and salt.
