Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
Clean the Portobello mushrooms by gently wiping the tops with a damp paper towel and removing the stems and gills with a spoon. Brush both sides with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and set aside.
