  • 15 milliliters Milk (for egg wash)
  • 10 grams Sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl or the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, and instant yeast.

Step 2

Add the warm water, softened butter, and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix with a wooden spoon or the paddle attachment of a stand mixer until the dough begins to come together.
