Ingredients

  • 3 stalks Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 0.25 cup Hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 4 Burger buns

Directions

Step 1

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Step 2

Add the ground pork and cook, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess fat if needed.

Move the cooked pork to one side of the skillet and add the minced garlic and ginger to the cleared space. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
