  • 3 cups Shredded green cabbage
  • 2 Carrots, julienned
  • 2 Eggs, beaten
  • 6 Flour tortillas (8-inch)
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the flank steak against the grain and place it in a medium-sized bowl.

In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and cornstarch to create the marinade. Pour it over the sliced beef, tossing to coat evenly. Let it marinate for 15 minutes while you prepare the vegetables.
